The Creative Collective

This month we celebrate a different type of artist - author, Deborah Boerner Ein. Through writing, Deborah creates a story of old through the biographical depiction of a local botonist, Mary Treat born Mary Adelia Davis in New York, 9/7/1980. Mary Treat lived in Mays Landing and later in Vineland where she would become known for her work in understanding the natural environment.

Art is not only created with paint, clay, fabric or glass. Sometimes words are the tools of the artist. Storytelling is one our oldest and most powerful forms of art.
